Total body workout hit every major muscle group

The best full-body workout programs will use mostly compound exercises because they work many muscles at once and give the most “bang for the buck.” A total-body workout routine will save you time, and deliver head-to-toe results. Today we will start with a dynamic warm-up with Ski-jumps. lunging forward and hopping to the other leg in a back and forth motion. Then its off to the deadlift. In this video I am using a trap bar often called a hex bar. it’s a little easier for taller athletes as it has your hands in the neutral position and there is no bar in front of your shins, allowing for a more natural motion when you pull. After a few sets of Deadlifting  we will do a variety of Farmers Carries, to put some more emphasis on the traps and obliques. Hope you get a few tips on how to get a good total body workout in.

The main point of the video is to demonstrate the types of workouts that we will do together if you hire me as your trainer. Let me know in the comment section what else you would like to see demonstrated and I will make a video for you.
