The last of the big lifts is the back squat. using every major muscle group of the body this exercise is an entire weight lifting workout in one simple very functional move. like in the karate kid the crane kick (Mae Tobi Geri) is the penultimate move. the squat is considered by some as the king of the lifts. and remember personal training isn’t an exercise class you can get that anywhere.
