whats all the training for if you don’t have an activity, hobby, loved one to inspire or girlfriends blinds to hang 😉

training for training sake will avail you little. You need a goal that’s outside of yourself to drive you to do things others wont to get to places others cant. For those that don’t know me. I had never done any kind of structured dance before last year in my life. Just bar band boogie.    Getting out on the dance floor in front of a crowd in a spangly shirt and pants with no pockets was not on my bucket list.  This new adventure has taught me a great lesson. How to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations. Personal training is far more than just exercising.  I help you get to where you cant go by yourself.  This short video is a good example of leading by example.
