whats all the training for if you don’t¬†have an activity, hobby, loved one to inspire or girlfriends blinds to hang ūüėČ

training for training sake will avail¬†you little. You need a goal that’s¬†outside of yourself to drive you to do things¬†others wont to get to places others cant. For those that don’t¬†know me. I had never done any kind of structured dance before last year in my life. Just bar band¬†boogie.¬† ¬† Getting out on the dance floor in front¬†of a crowd in a spangly¬†shirt and pants with no pockets was not on my bucket list.¬† This new adventure has taught me a great lesson. How to be comfortable in uncomfortable situations. Personal training is far more than just exercising.¬† I help you get to where you cant go by yourself.¬† This short video is a good example of leading by example.
